Soul Eater - 30
I think I realize now that most of the episodes I enjoyed the most were about Kid, Liz and Patty and their missions as a trio. They just make such a wacky group, but at the same time they’re probably the most… efficient? Honestly, I can’t imagine Maka and Black Star getting away with the things Kid does. It was also pretty interesting to see Kid walk away in a suit that his dad wears. Makes me wonder if there’s actually a person underneath Shinigami’s ’skin’, except that it was just empty the when his mask was broken. Weird, I hope they explain that.
It was a funny episode, and at the same time interesting. It’s always fun to see Kid, Liz and Patty fight - especially since they always seem to know what to do. And I guess Liz and Patty both have their own strengths? Because Kid chose Patty to try to shoot the enemy down. Why didn’t he do it himself or make Liz do it? Uhm, or maybe it was because Patty was going mad from the heat. Haha.
While I do think it’s frustrating that Soul Eater is putting in too many mysteries and never actually solving any of them, at the same time I’m hoping that they’ll all come together at one point and that maybe they’re simply all interconnected. Now, that would be cool. Too much of a coincidence, but still cool.
