Tales of the Abyss - 07
There’s nothing much I can say about this episode. Honestly, I thought it was pretty uneventful, save for the ‘building up’ of the main party’s battle against the protagonists, or whatever. They plot is also starting to thicken, but that’s just about it. Tear was pretty cute in her flashback scene, though.
What irks me (and the same thing happened in the game) is how each of the God-Generals just coincidentally HAVE to have a history that makes them clash with the main characters. It’s not just that they’re doing a job, as usual, because it’s an rpg/anime plot and it needs its device… whee, lo behold. What a coincidence, people who are all somehow interconnected to the main party!
